Soothing Saturday is a series of sessions by the Trio of Light (Mary Nash, Katlin Friedman & Jan Mahloch) designed to support our light-filled energy in the New Year.  Now more than ever the light is speeding towards the planet blanketing us in the flow of potential and creation.  Assisting our physical bodies through sound, direct energy and guidance is important for our balance and stability. Join the Trio facilitators for an energetic experience to further your evolutionary goals for the new year.

This Saturday is facilitated by Katlin Friedman who uses the sounds of various high vibration instruments to accelerate the flow of light and energy expansion.  This is more than a sound bath; it is an opportunity for intentional creations that are supported through the group experience. Moving our energy through the modality of sound can cause a peaceful and stable effect for the physical body.
