Soothing Saturday is a series of sessions by the Trio of Light (Mary Nash, Katlin Friedman & Jan Mahloch) designed to support our light-filled energy in the New Year.  Now more than ever the light is speeding towards the planet blanketing us in the flow of potential and creation.  Assisting our physical bodies through sound, direct energy and guidance is important for our balance and stability. Join the Trio facilitators for an energetic experience to further your evolutionary goals for the new year.

This Saturday is facilitated by Mary Nash, using direct energy and light one can expand their awareness of unity consciousness and the ascension process. You will be supported in this energetic experience, then finishing up with a soothing peaceful stabilization of the physical body and its greater expansion.
